SHIPPING INFORMATION:

We try to ship all orders the same day ordered or by the next. If we are extremely busy it might take two days, but that is unusual. We ship mostly by Priority Mail - if we mail a box on a Monday - it will arrive (across the country) on Wednesday - to give you an idea of mailing times.

We check everything carefully before it leaves our store. We will never ship anything we find is not up to our high standards. We will contact you as soon as we possibly can if there will be a problem shipping your order in a timely manner.

We want you to be happy with your order. All returns must be made with in 7 days. Prom, "After 5" (Evening) apparel cannot be returned. Tags must still be attached and items must be in "brand new" unworn condition. We reserve the right to reject a refund if the item appears to have been worn.

Email or call us for return authorization. (RMA#) We do not accept returns on jewelry, handbags, accessories, or After 5 apparel.

If an order is canceled after it has shipped - it will incur a 15% handling charge plus the shipping charges.

If merchandise is returned that was shipped on a "Free shipping" promotion, the freight charges (to the customer from our store in Monterey, CA) will be deducted from the refund. FREE SHIPPING ONLY APPLIES TO MERCHANDISE THAT IS NOT RETURNED.
